After several months since my last visit, had some time to stop by the Salem store to get my glasses checked out. Teresa is SO great!! I mentioned one of my lenses had come out a month ago, but was able to put back in. She saw that both screws were loose (interesting, my wife sometimes says that about me…). In a matter of minutes, all good, clean, and hopefully ready for the next months of active wear!
I feel bad/sad about the situation with the homeless/unsheltered population, and the impact on Salem downtown businesses. For the necessity of having your door locked during business hours, and the uncertainty of what might occur at the entrance during non-business hours… I wish you the best as you continue to navigate these times. It would be a shame to lose you. I so appreciate what you have provided me over the past several years of excellent glasses and even more excellent service.
